The Church
Virgen De Los Remedios Chapel Repository (Chancery) San Jose, San Fernando, Pampanga

When I was in highschool, I used go to the San Fernando Metropolitan Cathedral after school. I knew I have found my haven in God's house where I always feel peace and comfort whenever I visit the church. I have asked a lot of favors and asked more forgiveness to Our Lady of the Assumption who is the secondary patron saint of the church. I consider myself blessed the fact that almost all my prayers and hopeful wishes had come true. I then told myself that one day, I will walk that isle when the right time and right man comes. That church was our first option. We have consulted a couple of photographers & planners who had worked on some weddings held in the church and it came to light that due to the busy location of the church and the granduousity of it (that we may not be able to garb it enough), we decided to find another haven to hold our special event. It was meant that our union be blessed in the simple and serene chapel of Virgen De Los Remedios. It was a 'this is it!". The chapel was average in size, newly built, has an elegant facade, spacious parking, well ventilated and just half an hour to our reception. To officiate the wedding, we requested a family close priest, Fr. Aristotle Maniago.

From our residence : Take the northbound road going to San Jose or San Fernando Town proper. Road split into two in front of Petron Gas Station, take the left road leading to Brgy San Jose. Road straight passing by the following landmarks: Queensborough Village (left hand), San Jose Parish (right hand), Greenville entrance gate (right hand). Approximately, 500 meters on your right is the church. map link here

From San Fernando town proper (landmark: Metropolitan Cathedral of San Fernando), take the Consunji Street, take straight at the intersection of Mac Arthur Hi-way / Manila North Road. Few meters after, you'll find the church at your lefthand side.

The Reception
Dizon Estate Clubhouse (Phase I), San Agustin San Fernando, Pampanga

I always love garden / outside weddings - the fresh air, nice ambience, open space, close to nature. Kids will not be bored as they can roam around, guests can relax after meal, and its January so the air will be cool and a little chilly. We chose this venue because of the single space that houses the guests, the mini garden, the convenient location and privacy.

Via Olongapo-Gapan Road
From SM Pampanga and Robinson's Starmall(Westbound), go straight ahead past Carworld, Chowking, KFC and upon reaching Jollibee and Mac Donald Dolores Junction, turn right to Mac Arthur Highway going to Angeles City. Go straight ahead and follow the Dizon Estate directional road signs passing Bank of Philippine Islands and Metro Bank. Upon reaching the Dizon Estate billboard, turn right to the Dizon Main Road until you see the Main Entrance Gate. Look for Phase I Clubhouse.
